The backyard is the showstopper: a resort-style pool and raised spa edged in stone, a fire bowl for cool evenings, and a peaceful pond just beyond, with a fountain that glows at sunset.
The Covered Patios
Multiple covered patios and seating areas wrap the back of the house, with an outdoor kitchen for cooking by the pool. One patio has retractable screens, so you can stay outside in comfort whatever the weather.
The Wine Room
Right off the entry, a wine and entertaining room with custom cabinetry, built-in wine storage, club chairs, and a dramatic backlit stone wall — an easy first stop for the evening.
The Kitchen
An open kitchen with a huge center island, Viking appliances, a butler's pantry, and a walk-in pantry, next to a breakfast nook with floor-to-ceiling windows onto the pool.
The Living Room
The main living room has a gas fireplace and a wall of glass doors that open to the patio, so the pool and pond stay in view.
