The Hilltop Backyard
Perched on the hilltop with 5 private acres, the backyard has views for miles across vineyards, horse stables, and rolling countryside, with no other houses visible. The large saltwater pool is heated year round with an in ground spa connected, ringed by 8 loungers and two umbrellas. A large dining area for 12 overlooks the view, and a real grass lawn makes a luscious play area for kids and adults.
The Living Room
Directly inside from the pool and sharing its spectacular views, with two comfy areas for relaxing and easy seating for 10 adults around a 75 inch TV with streaming subscriptions. The living room also hosts one of the house's two bars, plus a piano you are welcome to play (fully functional, though not recently tuned).
The Family Room & Second Bar
Continuous with the kitchen, the family room holds the house's second bar and a 9 foot pool table, with a window seat below the view and a sizable deck connecting it all to the outside.
The Kitchen
Fully equipped for large meals, with dinnerware, wine, champagne, and cocktail glasses for 12, and several serving dishes to make big dinners fun (and beautiful).
The Dining Room
The large dining table comfortably fits 10 people and can accommodate up to 12; twelve chairs are provided.

Everything is accessible and exclusively for the use of guests except the garage.
