Perched among the trees with expansive views of wine country, Haven is an outstanding example of 60s–70s mid-century modern, refreshed with modern finishes. Life happens on the enormous treehouse-like deck: a giant gas-heated saltwater pool that stays swimmable all year, ten loungers, treetop dining for ten, and the Sundance Maxxus — the largest hot tub on the market, seating eight. Inside, a bi-level living room and a social kitchen keep everyone together, and all five bedrooms have king beds.

The Treehouse Deck & Pool
Just outside the living room and kitchen is a huge, treehouse like deck with a giant saltwater pool, gas heated and open year round at an always comfortable temperature. Alongside it sits the Maxxus, the largest hot tub Sundance makes, easily seating 8 adults, with 10 pool loungers surrounding the water.
Dining Among the Treetops
At the far end of the deck, the large outdoor dining table seats 10 among the treetops. The house is equipped with 12 sets of outdoor dishes, plastic glasses, and stainless steel insulated wine and cocktail glasses.
The Bi Level Living Room
An outstanding example of 60s and 70s mid century modern, refreshed with modern finishes. The upper level is open space for congregating, with a counter table and pub table. The lower level has two couches, comfy chairs, and a 75 inch TV loaded with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Prime Video.
The Kitchen & Dining Room
Fully equipped for large meals, with a recently replaced dishwasher, double oven, and refrigerator, plus a full set of pots, pans, and utensils, a blender, toaster, and food processor. Dinnerware, wine, champagne, and cocktail glasses for 12, and a dining table that comfortably fits 10.

An incredible location
Safeway and many restaurants are 5 minutes away, the famous wineries of Healdsburg, Kenwood, and Glen Ellen are 15 to 20 minutes, and hiking and biking are 10 minutes.
